Redribboners

RedRibbon Days has amazing team members that are excellent problem solver.

I am thankful that we have a close knitted team that enjoys having lunch together. The problem we face is deciding what to eat, so how did one of our team member solve it? I was impressed when I saw the solution (below):

I think Adrian came out with the idea to solve our "What to eat problem". How does it work?

Everyday, one person will get a chance to shoot the target and the points accumulated will decide what's for lunch.

Our newbie Glena was excited because she got a chance to shoot the target (below):

She wasnt sure how to shoot so our Pro Adrian showed her how it's done (below)

Yup, for accurate shots, the trick is to close one eye.

Another example that we have amazing problem solvers in our team is when I saw these flowers on Izza's workstation below:

Some of our team members are sensitive to pollen. How did we solve that problem? Yup, Izza removed the pollen grains.

When the Boss is not around...

Want to know what happens at RedRibbon Days when our Founder and CEO Sherin Wong is not around? Well the truth is, everyone is still productive at work - the only small difference is errr.. okay maybe putting up pictures is a better idea. After all pictures tell a thousand words.

We have a room at our office where we keep all our materials for Bespoke R.E.D Balloons.  This room is where we keep our helium gas tank too. We only come to this room when we prepare courier gift packs for delivery and most of the time, only our PTC that come into this room.

So when our Boss Sherin was not in the office recently, I found our corporate team members in our packaging room. Not sure what they were up to (below)

But they certainly looks happy that Boss was in that day.

Ok now we know. They were having fun with our helium gas!! Not just Ara and Sharmein, Ramyah too! Haha (below)

Eat, Sleep and Breathe RedRibbon Days

Did you know that our RedRibbon Days Head of Security Modjo is same age as RedRibbon Days? Time flies, this year is RedRibbon Days' 5th year since it was launched in June 2008. However, RedRibbon Days was founded end of year 2007 - our Founder and CEO Sherin Wong took few months to develop the website and get enough experiences on board before launching the website. So, technically, RedRibbon Days is 6 years old - same age as our Head of Security.

I still remember when we first started (before Modjo got promoted to Head of Security), we were all working from Sherin's home. Modjo at the time was still a little puppy and he was working as our RedRibbon Days Home Office greeter. He basically barks and gets excited when the door bell rings, when our phone rings or when the security guards at Sherin's apartment buzz us.

Few years ago, Modjo was promoted as the Head of Security of RedRibbon Days. We love the fact that he Eat, Sleep and Breathe RedRibbon Days.

A picture of our Head of Security below:

He will make sure all of us are proud of our company t-shirt and wear it whenever we can.

Yup! He Eat, SLEEPS and Breathe RedRibbon Days (below)

Our very own Chocolate Spa

RedRibbon Days loves birthdays. I love birthdays because it's all about giving gifts and celebrating. We love celebrating our team member's birthdays as well.

I dont think I have blogged about any of our team member's birthday (although we celebrate all our birthdays with the team) except our Founder and CEO, Sherin Wong . This will be my first.

Please meet our RRD team member, Ramyah (below)

Smile Ramyah! (below) Haha! She actually has perfect set of teeth, I got her to take a photo with chocolates in her teeth

I think the team got Ramyah chocolate flavoured cake because she likes chocolates.

Her birthday surprise was when one of our team member, Ara decided to 'surprise' her with errr RRD special Chocolate Spa?  The pictures below sums it all:

and another (below)

The result - RedRibbon Days' very won Chocolate Facial (below)

RedRibbon Days' 4th Birthday

RedRibbon Days was founded by Sherin Wong in June 2008. We launched RRD on the 19th June 2008.

We recently celebrated our 4th Birthday with our RedRibbon Days team and it was mad. Our team members work hard and play really hard too. Some pictures that were taken during our fourth birthday below:

This year we celebrated with our team in our office. Am impressed with how well our team decorated the place.

Our Founder and CEO, Sherin Wong's favourite cake (above).

Our RedRibbon Days' boss loves everything old skool since she's an old soul. Haha! She even made 'iced popsicles'.

The food was amazing.
